Anyone looking for work in Finland whose background is from another country, whether you have just moved here or have lived here for years. The tools are in English and work for any field, from care work and cleaning to IT.
Yes. The CV review and the Finnish Level Check are both free. After the free result you can choose to buy an extra: an improved, rewritten CV for €0.99 or a personal Finnish study plan for €2.99. You never have to buy anything.
Upload your CV as a PDF, tell us which field you are looking for work in, and choose whether you are targeting a Finnish-language or an English-speaking workplace. Fovo's AI reads your CV the way a Finnish employer would and shows you what to fix first. The review appears on the page, usually within 15–40 seconds, and is also sent to your email.
A PDF file up to 4 MB, in any language. If your CV is in Word, use "Save as PDF" or "Export as PDF" first.
A full rewrite of your CV for Finnish employers, based only on what is in your original CV. It is sent to your email as text you can copy into Word or Google Docs, usually within 15 minutes. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
No. Fovo helps you present your experience clearly in the way Finnish employers expect, but it cannot guarantee interviews or job offers.
It's a free set of 25 reading and vocabulary questions, from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1), including work-life Finnish. It takes about 10–12 minutes and shows roughly where your Finnish stands and what to focus on next.
No. It's an informal check, loosely based on the same level scale (CEFR). It is not an official test and cannot replace a YKI certificate. It's useful for seeing roughly where you are before you study or register for YKI.
A personal plan by email based on your answers: which topics to study next, explained with examples, a 4-week study plan and suggestions for where to study at your level. You also get a practice workbook (PDF) for your level to download, with explanations, exercises, reading and writing tasks, and answers.
Your CV is used only to provide the review you asked for. Fovo keeps submitted CV information for a maximum of 30 days and then deletes it. Fovo never sells CVs or uses them for advertising. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing info@fovo.fi.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Because the products are personalised digital content delivered right away, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts. If something is wrong or missing, email info@fovo.fi and we'll fix it. Full details are in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
